IX International Veterinary Congress in Svetlogorsk

Svetlogorsk, a picturesque resort in the region of Kaliningrad, welcomed IX International Veterinary Congress, which took place from 17 to 20 April 2020. The Congress has established itself as a bona fide scientific forum and a major industry event in Russia and CIS countries, featuring presentations by the world's leading experts hailing from 25 countries.
 
The traditional keynote session «One world – one health» was co-moderated by the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Maxim Uvaydov, who also presented a talk as part of the meeting of the representatives of the state veterinary service. IX International Veterinary Congress presented three main conferences: poultry breeding, pig breeding and dairy and beef farming. The special anniversary edition of the International Veterinary Congress shall be helf in the Region of Krasnodar on 21–24 April 2020.
 
SPE AVIVAC is happy to have been part of the annual veterinary equipment and solutions exhibition that accompanied the Congress. Additionally, AVIVAC's lead researcher Vladimir V. Borisov delivered a presentation on respiratory disease complex in chickens, its etiology and possible control strategies as part of the conference on current scientific findings and innovatory technologies in industrial poultry breeding.
