Inactivated mono-and multivalent vaccines Ch'ing series Avivac are designed for specific prevention

  • infectious bronchitis (IBV)
  • Newcastle disease (ND)
  • infectious bursal disease (IBD)
  • reovirus tenosynovitis (REO)
  • egg drop syndrome-76 (EDS-76).

General Provisions

Inactivated vaccine series Avivac "is an oil emulsion of viral antigens suspended in the aqueous phase. The optimum composition of the vaccines can be achieved in vaccinated birds required protective level of humoral antibodies of each of the vaccine in the composition of viral antigens and provide the circulation of blood within 12 months. Vaccine series Avivac "may be issued in mono, two-, three-, and tetravalent versions.

Vaccine, "Avivac" depending on the valences of these contain a single dose:

inactivated virus antigen EDS-76 strain V8/78 -1000 GeV;
inactivated antigen of infectious bronchitis virus, Massachusetts type, strain "Chapaevsky (titer before inactivation) - 7,0 Ig EID50;
inactivated antigen of Newcastle disease virus strain La Sota (titer before inactivation) - 9,0 Ig EID50;
inactivated antigen of infectious bursal disease virus strain 52/70 M; (titer before inactivation) - 5,0 Ig EID50;
oil adjuvant - q.c.0, 5 ml. The vaccines are packaged in bottles of 900 doses.

Vaccine Program

Like most other inactivated vaccines, the vaccine series Avivac "appropriate to use the bird at the age of 100-120 days but not later than three weeks before the start of oviposition, which ensures complete formation of hens required protective level of antibodies in the productive period.

To increase the effectiveness of specific protection of laying hens against infectious bronchitis and / or Newcastle disease chickens before using inactivated vaccine should be vaccinated with live vaccines.

Scheme of vaccination of chickens with live vaccines picks veterinarian, based on the epizootic situation in the household and used in each case of vaccines.

If this condition is a one-time inoculation vaccine "Avivac" provides reliable protection of laying hens on egg productivity decline caused by viruses of infectious bronchitis, Newcastle disease and egg drop syndrome-76.

Vaccine series Avivac "containing the ingredient" IBB "should be used to vaccinate only young stock grandparent and parent forms of chicken as a meat and egg breeds, in order to create a passive maternal immunity in chickens.

Method of application

Before use, vials should be heated to room temperature 18-200C to reduce the viscosity of the emulsion and thoroughly shaken before opening. The drug is introduced in the volume of 0.5 cm3 by a single injection in the pectoral muscle or subcutaneously in the lower third of the neck under aseptic conditions. For vaccination is recommended to use a needle length of 9-15 mm.

Precautions

At clinically healthy birds as a rule, do not mark any post-vaccination complications.However, in some cases, especially for weak birds, in the first days after vaccination may experience limited mobility and the deterioration of palatability of feed. Should not be used for vaccination syringes fitted with gaskets from materials based on natural rubber, silicone or isobutyl derivatives, as included with mineral oil adjuvant destroy these materials.

Storage and transport

The vaccine is transported by all modes of transport in accordance with the Rules of perishable cargo and baggage, effective for this type of transport. Store vaccines in a dry dark room, in boxes factory packaging or transport containers at 4-80C within the expiration date. Shelf-life of vaccine 12 months.
